👏 I’ve seen this so many times in teams. People think they’re talking the same language and are talking right past each other. There are differences between testers and different test types. Just taking the time to stop and check can make all the difference.
Communication is such an underrated skill in teams, and with AI, I think it’s going to become even more critical.
I've now been testing software for 35 years and I can no longer count the conversations I've had about the word Done. But those conversations must go on! Thanks for this great article.
